The Atun Statue is a quest item in Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy.
Use[]
The Atun Statue, when placed in the pedestal in front of the Great Wall Entrance II, deactivates the force field around it and allows Sphinx to enter.
History[]
Tutankhamen finds the Atun Statue in the Castle of Uruk and sends it to Sphinx via Bas-Ket.
Trivia[]
- The Atun statue appears to be based off of the Golden Idol from the Indiana Jones movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark.
- The statue's name, "Atun" is another spelling of "Aten"-the sun disk whose monotheistic worship briefly overtook the cult of Amun-Ra and the other deities of Egypt during the reign of Akhenaten.
