EuroSound splash screen art.

EuroSound was an internal tool developed by Eurocom for sound-related aspects of game development.  The editor support multiple "output" (i.e. export) back-ends, one of those being the .SFX files for specific EngineX game versions.

It was also used to export assets for third-party engines like James Bond 007: Nightfire.

Features:[]

EuroSound has a very simple user interface, mainly composed of three lists that contains the SFXs and the DataBases and a tree view containing the game SoundBanks. This tool works with projects, this means that each game, has his own project, and seems that doesn't use external databases, all data were saved in the project folder.

Resurrection:[]

In 2020 with the previous release of the Sphinx Authoring tools, the original EuroSound could not be recovered because was lost, and the community member jmarti856 made a full re-creation of this tool that can be found on GitHub, apart from this now exist three versions of the tool: 357 for Sphinx, 360 for Spyro and 370 for Robots.
