The Physician's Note is a quest item in Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy.
Use[]
Sphinx takes the note to Kemmet, who will not otherwise see him, as he is not on "official business". Kemmet tells him to gather Healing Herbs using a Medicine Bag in order to heal the Mayor of Abydos. He does not have a bag, but gives Sphinx a Canopic Vase, which then allows Tutankhamen to retrieve a Medicine Bag for him.

Sphinx receives the note from the Physician, who is remaining with the Mayor to monitor his condition.
