- Similarly, it is unknown what happened to Horus after he gave Sphinx the Dark Stone of Invisibility.
- At the end of the game, Tutankhamen accidentally knocks over the Canopic Vase needed to make him whole.
- The Seer and Librarian from the Cursed Palace both request of Sphinx a visit in the hometown of Abydos.
- It is never revealed what happened to Nefertiti after the ordeal in the Mysterious Location. As a result of her absence after the final battle, it is unknown if she ever reunited with Tutankhamen in his undead state.
