Uruk Islands is part of Uruk.
History[]
The Uruk Islands were accessible via Great Wall Entrance III. The Geb Queen resided in her palace there, holding onto the Sacred Crown of Uruk. When Sphinx arrived, she was defeated and the crown was taken.
Appearance[]
The Uruk Islands were mysteriously floating slabs of what appeared to be charred rock in the Uruk region. There were several different platforms, one of them containing the Geb Queen's Palace.

Trivia[]
- It is unknown how the Uruk Islands float.
- Originally, there were two extended gameplay sections in the island exterior:
- Geb Queen entrance key chest island; a section that required explosive beetles, ropes, light platforms and a mix of combat and heavy platforming, the bridge can still be seen from afar.
- Geb Queen island; still present but unreachable by normal means, and with missing elements; like the monkey bars, a special wheel platform that works via physics, gravity and impulse, falling ground pieces and fireball sections. Sphinx would climb the obstacles and open a chest at the top, no boss battle here.
- In the beta, this map was part of the Uruk Hub and the objective of the Uruk Trials and the consequent island hunt was to retrieve the Golem Eyes (same 3D model of what ended up as the Atun Eyes), those items were used in the hub.
- As for the Geb Queen, she was relocated here from Sakkara to salvage as much content as possible by just redressing the boss battle room and swapping Gebs with Skull fighters. Naturally, the Sakkara Crown was renamed.
- Before that, an earlier version of the level was called Two Keys. The final level is a combination of two or three older maps. See the early level file list.
